5-YEAR GUARANTEE

At jd furniture pty ltd, we guarantee our Diamond Creek timber products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of five years from date of purchase by the original purchaser.

Should any item be found to be faulty within that five-year period, return it to your place of purchase with your sales receipt and guarantee ticket. The item will be repaired or replaced free of charge at j d furniture pty ltd’s discretion.

This guarantee will not apply to accidental or intentional damage, neglect or exposure to extreme conditions, commercial or institutional use.

Fabric covers must be inspected for imperfections at point of sale. No responsibility will be taken for the condition of fabric covers after this point in time.

At jd furniture pty ltd we use a two-part epoxy resin adhesive in the assembly of our furniture. This is designed for bonding boat hulls and decks, and once properly bonded the joint becomes stronger than the timber itself.

When dealing with a natural timber product, occasional flaws are unavoidable, however, we endeavour to minimise these with our stringent quality control and production process, allowing you to relax and enjoy the quality timber product you have purchased.
